so. ive not been well these few days. having acid reflux, which means the acid from my stomach has came up my food pipe. hurts like crazy everytime i swallow anything. thus ive not been eating well recently, which lead me to hardly being able to run during winter league training earlier today

enough about me. con 3 camp just ended, on a bad note. last night, some drunk asshole was riding a buggie around the camp compound at 2am last night. 3 girls were sitting along the road and he ran into them. they are now in the hospital. one is in ICU, having internal bleeding in the head, another had a crushed ankle and the last had stiches on her head. please pray for them
